Ingredients:
1 kg of pork ribs
ground pepper q.b.
2 lemons
Chilli - pepper q.b.
150ml white wine
Oil q.b.
5 - garlic cloves
5 bay -Sheets
Salt q.b.
Preparation:
Greasing the entrecote with ground pepper, chop the garlic, lemon slices and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Leave to marinate for 8 hours. Then put on clay board and go to the oven to 200ºC.
