Traditional homemade bread


1 kg of flour T-65

30 gr. Of fresh yeast

12gr. salt

600 ml of warm water


In the bowl place the flour, salt and crumbled yeast involve everything.

Gradually joins warm water, knead well

  The dough is elastic when staying with air bubbles is ready.

Cover with a towel, for 1 hour + or - baking.

When the dough is double it is ready to use.

Sprinkle the table with flour to the dough does not stick, form the balls of bread.

Go to the wood oven at 200ºC  for 30 minutes + or -

Note: The time of the dough to rise is approximate; it depends on the temperature of the house.

 You can put seeds.
